The rules for using Zuptera, written as plainly as we can.
Using Zuptera
By creating an account or using Zuptera you agree to these terms. If you use Zuptera for a company, you agree on its behalf. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.
What you upload
Only upload videos, photos, voices and other material that you own or have permission to use. This includes videos you use as templates in Swap. Do not use another person's face or voice without their consent.
You keep the rights to what you upload. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you.
What you make
What you create with Zuptera is yours to use, including in ads, on your store and on social media, as long as you follow these terms and the law. Results are made by AI and can be similar to results made for other people.
Things you may not do
Do not use Zuptera to make content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or threatens people, fake content meant to deceive people about a real person, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service.
We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Plans and credits
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Each result uses credits, and you see the price before you make it. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Prices and credit costs can change; we will show changes in the app before they apply to you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for refunds.
The service
We work hard to keep Zuptera running and your files safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or that every result will be what you wanted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
