Your content: the files you upload, your prompts and the results you make, kept in My Files.

Usage and device information: pages you visit, features you use, your browser and approximate location, so we can run and improve the service.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

How we use it

To run your account and make your results, to keep the service safe and prevent abuse, to answer support requests, to send important messages about your account, and, if you agree, to tell you about new features. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers that help us run Zuptera, such as hosting, storage, payments, email and the AI services that turn your prompts and files into results. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Content you share

If you share a result publicly, for example in the Community or with a share link, anyone with access can see it. You can stop sharing at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and files while your account is open. When you delete files or your account, we delete them from our systems within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records by law (for example invoices).

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings (like light or dark mode) and understand how the site is used.
