Cancel any time
You can cancel your plan at any time from your account. You will not be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Your files stay in My Files.
Refunds
Because results use computing power as soon as they are made, payments for plans and credits are generally not refundable once credits have been used.
Something went wrong?
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a result failed and the credits were not returned, email [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge. We look at every request and will put it right.
Failed results
If a result fails to generate, its credits are normally returned to your account automatically. If they are not, email us and we will add them back.
